These chair covers did not fit well at all. They were so thin that every time I moved in the chair the covers moved and came off or crumpled up . I wanted to return them but you make so hard to find out how to do this. I will not be ordering from you again.

I was sent the wrong chair covers. I don’t know how it happened but this company has horrible customer service. They expected me to ship back the item to China which would have cost me half the amount they cost me. I wanted them to take them back and refund my money. I was so disappointed. Nice quality,and look great. The only drawback is that these are for standard sized chairs. If the chair backs have a shape to them , these covers will not fit. Too bad they come in other sizes.

The material was very soft and pattern was pretty. The only negative was they were too large for my chairs. I measured carefully prior to purchasing and according to my measurements, they would fit. Sadly they were too big so I’ve had to fold them under in places to make it work. I will most likely have to find something else online that fits better.

First and foremost, I appreciate you for keeping your business commitment to customers. You gave me confidence that ordering online is not always a bad idea that happened with my first 2 orders from different companies as I experienced ordering ie: received incorrect product and required to shoulder the shipping cost for return or exchange and another issue was I never received the item, and I sent 2 emails follow-up and I haven't received any response.
