This feels SO GOOD. I get tingles all over when I use it, and it really relaxes my neck muscles. I made the mistake of bringing it when I stayed over at my mother's house and now she keeps trying to steal it. I only used it on my neck, but she's started using it on tight calf muscles too which seems to really work. Muscles above the knee, upper arms (if you can work out the leverage)... really anywhere that's roughly that size.

This thing is pretty awesome. This is the only masssger that can apply the right amount of pressure evenly to really work the knots in my neck out. Nothing is better than a real masseuse, but this comes close. You need one!

If you are looking to relieve some tight neck spots, this neck and shoulder dual ball massager may do the trick. Simply put the contraption behind your neck and let the balls rub out the knots. The two balls are a soft but firm material that when pushed against the sore spot, will lessen the tension. You control the tension by how firm you hold onto the handles and how you move it on your neck.

Great self massager, I have tried numerous self massagers and it seams like none of them are that good. Except this one. My neck is always sore for one reason or another and my wife isn__t a big fan of rubbing me. This one really works well and you can pinpoint the knots on your neck. Would suggest to anyone. Really fair price as well

I was in a motorcycle accident. It damaged my C3 C4 area where those bones are pushing against my spinal cord causing bad pains. My neck suffers from this almost every single day. I have to ask my BF to push down and work the area cause it hurts so bad. I decided to give this a try since everything else really has not worked. I must say I use this every chance I get, It pushes in the right spots that I can feel and I control it with this neck massager and I could not be more pleased. My mom also has neck problems and she has a hard time to reach her neck since her stroke. She is able to use this one here, without me helping her. We absolutely love this!! I cannot say more good things about it.

I have had neck problems for years. Physical therapists have told me to use golf balls in sock to help, but they are difficult to control and get in the right spot. This is fabulous and allows to you target the right areas easily. definitely recommend.

I'm not always a big fan of gadgets but this little guy is worth it! I suffer from stress headaches and migraines and STRUGGLE to find ANY relief most days! I love how small and simple this is but most of all I love the RESULTS! I need something I can use independently that is quick and effective. After trying my coworkers out at work, I ordered mine that night! The only way this could be better would be if the hands folded to make it smaller for storage. Maybe the next version will have that! If you struggle with headacehes I promise you won't be disappointed with this!

I was hesitant about this but after reading all the great reviews I decided to give it a try. Needless to say, I am now a fan too. This thing is AH-MAZING on my stiff neck. Also I don't like when others rub my neck bc to me it's painful. With this, I can do it myself and apply as much or as little pressure in the areas it hurts. I can really maneuver it and it feels very therapeutic.

This is seriously a life saver. I've had neck and back problems for all of my adult life and I have to get frequent massages and see my chiropractor. I have a lot of issues with my neck and shoulders, so when I saw that this was available, I was so excited to try it out. I will have to say that it has been a wonderful tool that I can use to help with my hurting neck and shoulders. I like it because it feels like I am actually getting a massage.
