I'm male 5'6" weight 117 pound. I found this Revoflex a good alternative for going to the gym every other day. This roler is easy to carry and very light weight. Using this I can feel that my muscle is getting tonner day by day. The rubber seems tough and is not easy to break. If you are a person who has big body mass, be carefull using the hand roller because this is not a metal roller that can hold heavy weight.

Easy to assemble and use, perfect size that fits in gym bag. The resistance straps are good quality and can be easily taken on or off, I use them my wife doesn__t. It__s a better deal to get the straps and roller together cause sooner or later you will need them.

I finally got one AB roller for my basement to add to my workout collection. Granted I only have been using it for one week and have no problem with it. It comes with a bag so it is easy to store or bring it with you since it is a nice and compact that you can use at anywhere.

This double ab roller is a great product. It has the knee support for different exercises for comfort instead of killing the knees. Don__t have to buy different products. It is all in one ab roller and resistant bands. It could give us different resistant bands but not necessary. Can do more reps in one set instead of doing 3 sets which is just as effective.

I don__t know is this work for my workouts is just been a week and so far looks good a just notable the makes a squawking noise for me feels like I am going to broke but hopefully is just the plastic material. Also I am 5__3 and I think the strips or cords and big for me I was able to do few with no problem I think time with let me know for sure if this works. Comes with a storage bag and also a flier with exercises.
